IRON BODY LIFESTYLE CHALLENGE
Sept 13 - Nov 6th

This is not just a nutrition challenge.

This is a LIFESTYLE challenge.

For the next 8 weeks, it's a time for you to be more consistent.

Consistent in your actual sleep.

Consistent in your hydration.

Consistent in getting some movement in every day.

Consistent in your mindfulness.

Consistent in your mobility.

 

Consistent in your nutrition.
 

Every participant will be given a special Iron Body Challenge journal to use in logging their daily practices and points. That's right, good ol' pen and paper! When you have to write something down physically with your hand, you're more likely to absorb and think about it than in a flash on a screen. 

THREE LEVELS IN THE CHALLENGE

(Prizes for each level category!)

LEVEL 1
KICKSTART

Great for anyone looking

to just get started on some good habits!

Nutrition Requirements
(7 points possible per day):

• Palm Size of a Complete Protein at

3 of your daily meals

• Omit refined oils, added sugars, liquid calories (shakes, alcohol, FitAids, etc) 

• Eat within a specified feeding window, last meal 2+ hours before bedtime.

• Meeting Hydration requirements based on BW calculation

LEVEL 2
FITNESS

You're generally pretty good with food and sleep but need a bit more motivation to stay consistent.

Nutrition Requirements
(7 points possible per day):

• All of KickStart Level Plus..

• 2 Meals following Hand-Eye portion method

LEVEL 3
PERFORMANCE

You've got your nutrition almost dialed in and want to really nail that consistency and portioning across the next 8 weeks.

• All of Fitness Level Plus..

3 Meals following Hand-Eye Portion Method

ADDITIONAL DAILY POINTS FOR 

1. Meeting daily movement requirements per level

(20 points max per day)

2. Meeting sleep requirements per level

(10 points max per day)

3. Meeting daily mobility requirements per level

(3 points)

4. Meeting supplementation

(as approved by a coach, 3 points)

5. Meeting mindfulness requirements

(3 points)

WORKOUT POINT BONUS!

You will receive additional points at the end of the challenge based on the percentage of improvement of the workout completed at the start of the challenge and at the end of the challenge.

Percentage Improvement  Total Daily Points = Additional Points

WEEKLY CHALLENGES!

Each week we will have a special challenge where you can earn

an additional 50 points per week if you participate!

Example of Week 1: 

Include 3 different colors of fruits & vegetables each day.
