Our functional fitness, constantly varied programming using the Level Method scaling. Prepare yourself for any physical task or any combination of movements...short, long, gymnastic-based, strength-based, cardio-based and more! 7 levels to choose from each class.

Hyrox Sessions
Insert more cardio, take out the gymnastics and olympic weightlifting. Hyrox is a great training style to help improve your conditioning while getting strong with basic weight training and power movements. We offer 3 levels: Foundations, Open & Advanced

5:30 PM
Strength & Barbell Sessions
No burpees here! These sessions leave out the cardio and focus specifically on weightlifting. We will include a mix of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, strongman lifts, powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, programmed to complement our CrossFit classes & Level Method program.
