The reason I stay at Iron Haven instead of using the cheaper options available to me is the coaching. My fitness goals are to get in good shape AND to remain injury-free. Olympic weightlifting is new to me, and in order to maximize my results and minimize my liklihood of injury, I need good coaching to teach me and help me with my form. Snow and Nate here are really amazing-- they know who I am as a person-- I felt seen from Day One.
